Tokyo Station Navi is a service designed to assist individuals in navigating Tokyo Station by providing detailed information about the various shops and facilities located within the station, along with guidance on how to reach them. Please note that the accuracy of smartphone positioning may vary depending on environmental factors.

As of mid-December 2023, the service has extended its coverage to include the Shinagawa and Takanawa Gateway areas.

Main Service Offerings:

<li>Access an extensive database of store information covering restaurants, bento shops, souvenir stores, shopping outlets, services, and more within Tokyo Station. Utilizing the app within the station premises allows users to conveniently access information sorted by proximity and receive route recommendations to their desired destination.</li>

<li>Plan your journey by examining the route to your chosen location (e.g., restaurant) within Tokyo Station in advance by identifying the departure point (waiting area, ticket gate, etc.) using the application.</li>

<li>Utilize the application to identify wheelchair-accessible routes within Tokyo Station.</li>

<li>Access hierarchical floor maps providing an overview of Tokyo Station's layout.</li>

<li>Get directed to nearby exits from Tokyo Station leading to destinations outside the station premises, with integration to Google Maps for seamless navigation.</li>

<li>Receive real-time information on the availability of coin lockers and restaurants within Tokyo Station.</li>

<li>Pre-book bento meals or souvenirs for collection at Ekinaka.</li>

<li>Utilize the AI chatbot for assistance whenever needed.</li>
